RunTrainer is published by MAJATECH (contact: running@majatech.pl).
In short
RunTrainer sends your data nowhere. There is no account, no server connection, no analytics and no advertising. Everything it records stays on your device.
1. What is processed
Locally only, on your phone and watch:
- Location (GPS) — to measure distance, pace and route during a run. Read with the screen off too, so a workout is measured to the end. It is never transmitted.
- Heart rate and motion sensor data (watch) — to show heart rate during a workout and recognise activity.
- Your training plans and workout history — stored in the app's local database.
2. Where the data goes
Nowhere. The app makes no network requests at all — there is no server, no account, no cloud backup and no sync. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it collected.
3. Apple Health (iOS only)
With your permission the app reads heart rate from Health and writes a finished workout back to it. That exchange happens strictly between apps on your device — MAJATECH has no access to it. You can revoke the permission in system settings at any time.
4. Notifications
The app shows notifications about workout progress (for example an interval change). They are generated locally — there are no server-sent push notifications.
5. Ads, analytics, crash reporting
None of them. The app contains no advertising SDK, no analytics tooling and no crash reporting.
6. Data processors
None. We use no third-party services that process your data. The only parties involved in distribution are Apple and Google as store operators, under their own policies.
7. Your rights
Because we hold none of your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to export or erase. Full control stays on the device: revoke permissions in system settings, or uninstall the app. Questions: running@majatech.pl.
8. Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 13.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page by updating the date at the top.
