Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 September 2026 · Wersja polska

1. Who provides the app

RunTrainer is provided by MAJATECH (running@majatech.pl). By installing the app you accept these terms.

2. What it is for

RunTrainer is a training tool: it lets you build running plans, guides you through them with spoken cues, and measures the session using GPS and watch sensors.

3. Not a medical device

The app is not intended to diagnose, treat or monitor any health condition. The values it shows — heart rate, pace and distance included — are indicative and may differ from reality, especially with a weak GPS signal or a loosely worn watch. Consult a doctor before starting intense training. You train at your own risk.

4. Safety while running

Spoken cues exist so you do not have to look at your phone, but they do not replace watching your surroundings. Take care in traffic and keep the volume low enough to hear what is happening around you.

5. Price

The app is free and contains no in-app purchases and no advertising.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from its use, including measurement inaccuracies or loss of workout data stored on the device. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded — in particular for intentional harm and for life and health.

7. Your data

The app transmits no data to any server — see the privacy policy. Workout data lives only on your device; whether it is backed up depends on your system settings.

8. Changes

We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page, dated at the top.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of your country of residence.
